This is why they choose careers that allow them to live life in the way they desire.<\/p>\n<p>\u25aa They are <strong>technologically savvy<\/strong>. They are always connected, even while working: they send text messages, listen to their iPods or communicate through social media platforms. This allows them to rapidly connect with colleagues and friends from all around the world.<\/p>\n<p>\u25aa They have a huge need of <strong>constant feedback and praise<\/strong>. This generation needs to feel valuable, while getting involved in company\u2019s decisions.<\/p>\n<p>\u25aa Millennials want to have an <strong>opened and honest relationship with their manager<\/strong> and colleagues. Besides receiving feedbacks, offering personal feedbacks is also highly important to them.<\/p>\n<p>\u25aa <strong>Workplace satisfaction<\/strong> matters more to Millennials than financial compensation. They are less likely than previous generations to put up with an unpleasant work environment and much more likely to use social networking to share their concerns.
